Should Hillary TELL the DNC she will take the VP slot?

If she Tells the leaders of the DNC what she will do they will have to take it , and she accomplishes in one fell swoop through that action the establishment of the "power behind the throne". After that Obama can go out and talk, smile and wave but the real decisons will be made by a competent statewoman.
