Does she really mean to date other women. Or is she calling my bluff?

For two years now, my girlfriend and I have seperated on times of her PMDD. Which is ok. But sometimes she's really mean and impossible to be with, so we seperate. She gets to a point where she says, see other women. The next day or a few down the road she is her sweet self again. Is she testing me or does she mean it? She has issues with the hormones but when she is level headed she is an angel and wants to marry me. ???
