I have noticed skin colored itchy bumps in my perineum area(between and rectum) what could it be?

if you are in the heat alot, could be a heat rash or friction burns as alot of sweat can acilate there, try using savlon or diprobase on the affected area, if the area doesnt seem to clean up see a doctor!
