What to do if your boyfriend is constantly late at dates??

I mean be it dates or friends gathering or lunch or fetching you off from wrk... he's always late... ALWAYS.. n u'll always have to wait for him.. n then u cant get him thru the hp... i've tried everything i can.. from quarrelling to making him wait to even threatening to break it off but it doesnt work.. i've been waiting since the 2nd day we know each other.. i really dunno what to do to make him change this habit.. anyone help???
