Bad Friend?

I room with my friend and her boyfriend. And I notice that he never takes a shower. The only form of bath he takes is washing up at the sink..LOL i think this is really discusting, but thats not even the worst part. He also leaves a black ring on the toilet seat when he uses it. How can I tell my friend that her man is dirty. She knows about the ring on the toilet i hate it because I have to disinfect the seat every time before I use it. I just want to let her know that I dont appreciate his azz crust.
