If I'm saved & guaranteed an afterlife by Jesus & this life is insignificant compared to heaven, y help anyone?

How can anyone be saved, when Jesus very clearly said, "He that has endured to the end will be saved" Whether that be the end of our life....or the end of this system when were all judged according to our life style.
