Lower abdominal pain (right side near ovary)?

I had my period 5/12/11. It was a normal period. I would say for the last week I have had this horrible pain in my right lower abdominal (I am uming where my ovary is.) I went to the ER and they were thinking it could be a cyst. They did a sonogram, took blood and urine. The sono was normal and all the tests came back negative. (WARNING: what I am about to say is way too much info) My fianc� told me (5/30/11) that my cervix feels soft and that it is further back then normal. I took a pregnancy test today and it said "not pregnant". My mom says that it could be to early to find out. I have no idea what to think....could someone give me some advice.
