Full and Final settlement?

Dear All, I was worked in a company called XXXXXX, i am in probationary period and my company asked me to leave and i served a notice period and properly handedover every thing. But still i have not received the settlement money. In the offer letter they clearly mentioned in probationary period if company ask me to leave they'll give one month salary. Kindly advice on any legal proceedings.
