What College is Better...For Me?

Hey! I've been accepted to Webster University in St.Louis, Mo & Harris Stowe State University(Historically black)..which one is better for me. Im an B student...love extra-curriculars & have a pion for the arts. I can draw/paint, write, I love talking very social, im full of ideas, so that's why im majoring in business/ Marketing & a minor incommunications/public relations. Which one would you suggest!
