Can God reverse time for me?

I wish that I could have been born in Africa,I believe in reincarnation but have no memories of a previous lifetime but I know I had to have one and I dont wanna live in this lifetime or this time period so will God reverse time so that I could have a better childhood AND teenage years.I wish to live in the time period that my first life was in and this time DONT reincarnate.I have no interest in living out the rest of this life cause I just wish I were manlier.I am dark skinned and I think if I were born in Africa I would be more mature and like females since I think I like males instead of females.
