Why am i so jealous ?

Everytime my boyfriend talks to any girl we are friends with i get so mad. maybe i think they look better than me or they have a better body than me (which is stupid because i weigh 120 im not fat, i look good.) it dosnt help that every blonde little skinny skank that walks by he turns around and watches her walk while he comments to me how hot she is. but i dont want him around women when im not around him.. am i just paronoid? i know he finds it annoying. should i not worrie?
