Is mii mom sayin im allowed to date?

Ok so mii mom is really strict about dating and im 13 but my causion is 15 and she was on her first date last night so today i was like i thought she wasnt allowed 2 daten mii mom said she can now her dads finally letting her ii was like o then is [mii sister] allowed 2 date?[shes also 15] and my mom goes as long as shes with friends they can come out of the house n she said so can you so is this saying im allowed 2 date?
