Should i give her one last chance?

My EX Girlfriend Leslie OD on some prescription pills today I broke up with her because her addiction to prescription pills was too much for me. I love her but her addiction got in the way of our relationship. Oh and she did fake a pregnancy just to stay with me. I met her in the hospital and she begged me to get back with her and she would stop popping pills because her love for me is much stronger than her addiction. Her OD scared me i love her and want to help her get clean i miss her too. If she was completely sober i think our relationship would flourish. Should i give her one last chance despite the risk?
